Started as an evening workshop for local cooks, Bold Kitchen evolved into a certified studio where technique meets compliance. We documented methods, formalized safety checks, and opened a monthly subscription model to make continuous learning predictable and affordable.
From the first cohort we focused on measurable progress: skills logged, assessments recorded, and feedback loops that respect local food rules. That foundation allowed us to scale without losing studio quality.
Today we offer flexible monthly access, short intensive modules, and verified completion notes that support both hobbyists and career changers.
